1. What is your return and refund policy?


Purchased products are considered final sale. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or different item than what you ordered, you can request a refund or replacement.


To do so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, sending clear photos or videos demonstrating the problem, to miserviva.info@gmail.com . We will evaluate the situation and inform you of the next steps.


2. What to do if the product is damaged or defective?


If you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately send us photographic or video documentation of the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a partial or full refund or ship a replacement product at no additional cost.


3. What happens if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?


If the product you receive does not match the one you ordered (wrong color, model, size, or features), send us photos or videos and the shipping label within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct product or refund your order.


4. What happens in case of lost packages or delayed shipments?


If your order doesn't arrive within the specified timeframe and tracking isn't updated for more than 30 days, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we'll evaluate the situation and issue a full refund or reshipment, as appropriate.


5. What happens if I provided an incorrect address or don't collect the package?


If the address or contact information provided is incorrect and the package is deemed undelivered or uncollected, we cannot accept refund requests or reshipments. We recommend carefully checking the information when ordering.


6. Can I return a product if I change my mind?


If you wish to return a product because you don't like it or it doesn't meet your expectations, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
